Fountain Hall Policies

Booking requirements – All Saturday functions must have a minimum of 200 guests for dinner. All Friday and Sunday functions must have a minimum of 125 guests for dinner. Any other week day or week evening must have a minimum of 50 guests for dinner. To book both halls you must guarantee 350 dinners or food and drink of equal value.

No carry-in beverages or food allowed.

Deposits – Upon signing wedding reception contract, you will be required to deposit $500.00, which is non-refundable. Additional $500.00 deposits 9, 6 and 3 months prior to function. All of which will be refundable except for initial deposit.  Sunday thru Friday functions require a $150.00 deposit. Any balance due will be paid no later than 7 days prior to your function. Remaining balance is due prior to leaving your function.

Cancellations – In the event you will need to cancel your function, all deposit monies will be returned except initial contract signing deposit.

Guest confirmation – We require you to give us exact guest count prior to your function. You can increase your attendance up to 72 hours, but you may not decrease the number of attendees.

Damage – Any damage or theft that has occurred within the time of your function, the booking party will be liable and charged appropriately.

Hall charges - $250.00 for half the hall (300 guests) and $500.00 for whole hall (600 guests).

Decorating restrictions and fees - Our decorating package includes: head table, cake table, gift table, sign in table, card box, and these tables will be decorated with tulle and white lights. Head tables will have holders for bride’s and bridesmaids’ bouquets. Includes: cake cutting, champagne for head tables with bride and groom keepsake glasses, arch, risers, mirrors and center pieces for all guest tables. $400.00

No glitter, tape, tacks, staples can be affixed to any walls, windows, doors, ceilings or columns. Fountain Hall will remove any of these items. Any damage from the decorations will be the responsibility of the booking party.

Prices – All prices are subject to change without notice. You will be quoted a guaranteed price no later than 45 days prior to your function.

Security - you will be charged 20.00 per hour for an officer to be at your function.

*Subject to 17% gratuity and 5.1% sales tax. Daytime functions subject to 19% service charge and 5.1% sales tax.

 

 

 

Fountain Hall would like to thank you for considering our facility. Our newly built contemporary banquet hall can accommodate 50 - 600 guests. Our facility can accommodate weddings, banquets, business meetings corporate luncheons, seminars, conventions, holiday events, sporting events. The hall may be divided into two rooms.
